The first rule of producing a video presentation is "write the script". Scripts require the careful decision-making needed to ensure that your presentation is well organized and designed to do what you want it to do. Shooting a facility is a cost and time management challenge that can become costly if steps are skipped.
However, sometimes you need to capture footage because it's only possible to do so at a certain time and place. Product runs are limited, and some instruments have shipping dates that cannot be moved. An experienced video crew will get the shots you need for future projects, and do so without disrupting production flow.
But whenever possible, write the script.
